A Ohio sheriff’s department once again has been exposed on video pepper spraying a detainee strapped in a restraint chair, a disturbing incident that took place a month after an almost identical video surfaced that was written off as an “isolated” incident by the sheriff who runs the jail.
The practice does not seem very isolated considering the victim in the latest attack expressed fear about getting strapped to the chair before he even saw the chair.
There was a flurry of reports that Republicans would stand up to Trump, rein him in, keep him under control, direct and guide him, etc. German conservatives-- from the industrialists and media moguls to politicians like Franz von Papen-- were supposed to do the same thing with Hitler once he became chancellor.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol released dash cam video from Monday’s incident in which they released a police dog on a man trying to record his cousin’s arrest.
The dash cam video shows the cop trying to pull over Samuel Tolbert for driving without a license plate, but Tolbert did not appear to realize he was being pulled over until after he pulled up into the driveway of his cousin’s house.
Ohio state troopers were arresting a man while his cousin live streamed on Facebook Live Monday, resulting in troopers releasing a police dog to attack the man with the camera.
Holding the phone was Dannie Oliver, who was explaining to viewers that the cops had just slammed him to the ground, pointing guns and tasers at them.
It is not clear why his cousin was being arrested but it appears as if he had just pulled into the driveway with the cops behind him.
