WATCH: Las Vegas Cops Arrest Journalist for Recording on Sidewalk

Las Vegas police arrested a journalist Saturday who was video recording a protest against President Donald Trump, demanding that he release his tax forms.
Police say KLAS news videographer Nebyou Solomon was arrested for trespassing and obstructing because he was standing on the private property of the Fashion Show Mall, refusing to leave when ordered to do so, then refusing to identify himself.

A 10-year-old autistic Florida boy who had been expelled from school last year returned to the same school last week after receiving an invitation to take a standard assessment test.
But he was promptly arrested for a warrant neither he or his mother were aware even existed.
His mother, Luanne Haygood, recorded the arrest on Wednesday, informing the Okeechobee County sheriff’s deputies that her son is on the autism spectrum.

Florida Cop/Cub Scout Leader Arrested for Years of Sexually Abusing Young Boy, Almost Driving him to Suicide

A Florida cop, who served as a Cub Scout leader, is on paid administrative leave after he was arrested for capital sexual battery of a child under 12 years old.
Astatula Police Sergeant Timothy Alan Palinski, 43, was arrested Wednesday after a boy reported to a school resource office he had been abused by Palinski since he was seven.

The most recent molestation occurred on April 6, according to an arrest affidavit.

South Dakota CPS Force Catheter into 3-year-old Boy’s Penis in Search of Illegal Drugs

The American Civil Liberties Union sent a letter to the Department of Social Services in South Dakota last week demanding they stop catheterizing children in order to conduct warrantless drug tests, carried out by the department with the assistance of police and hospital staff.

Two Georgia cops were fired Thursday after videos surfaced showing them punching and stomping on the head of an unarmed non-resisting man.
But they should also be criminally charged, so let’s see how that pans out.
From the looks of it, it is something the two Gwinnett County police officers have been doing on a regular basis.
This time, it just happened to be caught on camera by a pair of witness, which is why the cops are also under criminal investigation.

Wisconsin SWAT Team Attacks 65-Year-old Man with Parkinson’s Disease After he Called for Help

A 65-year-old Wisconsin man with Parkinson’s Disease dialed 911 for a medical emergency Friday, only for a SWAT team to arrive at his home and slam him to the ground,  hospitalizing him for days.
Thomas Smith’s family is outraged, saying their relative is unable to physically speak, so he had to resort to pushing buttons on the telephone to communicate with the dispatcher.
And somehow, the dispatcher understood he was being held hostage by a man with guns and explosives, which is why Oneida County sheriff’s officials say they were only trying to keep the neighborhood safe.

North Miami police officer Jonathan Aledda was also charged with a misdemeanor charge of culpable negligence.

A California cop choked and beat a man for jaywalking Monday in an incident captured on video that is now going viral.
The video was recorded by a woman named Naomi Montaie, who was sitting in her car as the altercation unfolded in front of her, showing a Sacramento police officer grabbing the young man by the neck while shoving him down on the street.
The Sacramento cop then sits on top of the man while throwing several punches to his face.
