Texas Homeland Security Cop Almost Attacks PINAC Correspondent for Recording Federal Building (Updated)

A Homeland Security police officer tried his best to escalate a confrontation with a PINAC correspondent who was conducting a First Amendment audit on a federal building in Houston Monday.
David Warden was standing outside the building with his camera while standing on public property, not saying a word, when two Federal Protective Services officers stepped into the gated parking lot.
“Take your camera off me, please,” the officer said. “You’re violating ….”
But then he must have thought better than to make up a law as they tend to do.

Seattle Man Pepper Spayed by Cops While Talking to Mom on Phone Awarded $100,000 Settlement

A man who was on the phone with his mother when a Seattle police officer pepper sprayed him as he walked by will receive a $100,000 settlement.
Jesse Hagopian, a high school history teacher, had just given a speech during a Martin Luther King, Jr. event last year when Seattle police officer Sandra DeLaFuente pepper sprayed him, ordering him to get back, even though he was already walking away from her and was never that close to begin with.

Alabama Cop Snatches Camera from Man Recording Police Station to Prevent Terrorism

Fearing a terrorist plot, an Alabama police officer snatched a camera from a man who was video recording a police station from across the street, turning the man’s camera off to keep it from recording.
However, the man had a back-up body camera that was live streaming.
“I don’t care about your First Amendment rights,” said the Wetumpka police officer, who has been identified as Charles Shannon.
“I don’t know if you’re a terrorist or not, trying to film our building.”

NYPD Cop Once Again Points Gun at Man Recording

For the second time in less than a month, a video has surfaced showing an NYPD cop pointing a gun at a citizen for recording them making an arrest.
New York City Police Sergeant Diana Pichardo then snatched the phone from the man’s hands, yelling, “Give me that phone, motherfucker!,” while other cops entered and searched his apartment without a warrant.
But David Rivera – who installs security cameras for a living – had several surveillance video installed inside his apartment, capturing the warrantless invasion.

New York’s Red Light Robin Hood Indicted on 17 Counts of Criminal Mischief

The New York man known as the Red Light Robin Hood pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Friday after being indicted on 17 felony counts of criminal mischief for cutting the wires to red light cameras where officials shortened yellow light-duration times from five to three seconds, giving drivers less time to stop, enabling Suffolk County to cite more drivers for running red lights.

A Chicago resident’s surveillance video captured meter maids writing parking tickets where no signs were posted, and then putting up “no parking” signs afterwards.
“It feels like an undeserved ticket at this point. These signs were not here when I parked last night. I got home from work about 2 o’clock last night. I’m in the house all night. And I come out this morning with a ticket on my car,” Joseph Castleberry, the victim of the scam, told Fox32.

A video posted to Facebook this week shows New York City sanitation officers playing a dirty trick on  residents in order to generate revenue.
Digging through their trash.
And then citing anyone who wasn’t “recycling properly”.
The video begins with a man video-recording as he approaches a female officer who is digging through a trash bag.
“Ma’am, can you tell me why you’re taking out garbage from people’s houses in order to give tickets?”
He then turns to a male officer.
