Already having been accused of murdering a prostitute, East Cleveland Police Detective Randy Hicks was drunk when he and another cop pulled Arnold Black over, accusing the 45-year-old Ohio man of possessing a kilo of cocaine because he was driving a truck similar to a known drug dealer.
When Hicks found no cocaine, he punched Black in the face two times while officer Jonathan O’Leary held him up, telling Black he was angry at having left the bar where he had been pounding drinks with friends.

Watch: California Cops Brutalize Man with Batons and Taser for Jaywalking

Three Bakersfield police officers were caught on video brutalizing a man with their batons and tasering him because he had jaywalked before running from officers in an apparent attempt to keep from being cited Monday evening.
“Stop resisting,” the California cops kept saying as they beat him.
“He’s not resisting,” said the man recording, who sent the footage to his local news station, preferring to remain anonymous.
But police told the media the man was resisting, an action apparently only visible to the trained eyes of police officers.

New Video of Florida Cops Arresting Journalists for Covering Justice for Corey Jones Rally Emerges

Florida cops arrested journalists for covering a Justice for Corey Jones rally in the public areas surrounding the Palm Beach County Courthouse last week.
In the new video originally published by the Daily Haze on Thursday, which you can see below, it shows that in addition to arresting the media, police forced protesters off of public property and refused to identify themselves too.
Some of the unlawfully arrested journalists wearing press passes were stoic.
Others can be seen openly weeping as police conducted their mass arrest.

Brunswick Police Sergeant Jonathan Page appeared in Ginger Borshov’s open doorway as she was about to step back outside, demanding her identification, obviously accustomed to getting what he wants.
But Borshov was not certain if she was required to hand over identification, so she grabbed a camera and began recording.

We reported about Farmer’s Branch police officer Ken Johnson back in March when the off-duty cop was charged with the murder of 16-year-old Jose Cruz after claiming to see the teen trying to break into his vehicle.

Virginia Cops Handcuff Man Legally Open Carrying, Overlook Gun in Waistband

You may remember Roy Leeshum Williams as the man who sat in his car last year, eating oatmeal, while a cop banged on his window, demanding to see his identification.
The Virginia man even went as far as telling the cop he was armed with “dozens” of weapons while still refusing to provide his identification, arguing that the Richmond police officer did not have a reasonable suspicion he had committed a crime.
He ignored the cop, he challenged the cop and he mocked the cop, and he still managed to avoid detainment without having to show his identification.

Two Tampa cops were caught on video pulling up to a group of teenagers on skateboards, then hopping out of their car to nab the smallest boy in the group.
They then body slammed him against the street before shoving him up against their car to frisk him.
Then they held him for 12 hours, even though there were no signs forbidding skateboarding.
