Facebook has now fully deployed it’s anti-fake news scheme. The website now offers users the chance to learn how to spot fake news, which it has renamed “false news”; presumably after how badly the attack backfired.
One of the central points is that an article using anonymous sources should be called into question. The obvious irony here is that the mainstream media uses anonymous sources on literally an hourly basis!
