Syria. Ukraine. Election Spin? And more!

Yup, it 's about Syria.... and the election. Coming up in a little less then a week. Have you noticed the coverage? In the NATO media? Of course, it is all negative.  To quote the BBC "A parody of democracy"Unlike that laughable election in the Ukraine. The one that resulted in the election of, wait for it, an oligarch!A member/participant, beneficiary of an Oligarchy  But that was an exercise in democracy, applauded by  most western tyrannies,  particularly two of the most violent nations on the planet, US, Israel applaud Ukrainian election results. While we are speaking of that vaunted western democracy ideal?... Some EU nations are NOT allowing Syrian expatriates the right to vote in Syria's election. Curious isn't it? Considering these same nations fell all over themselves to allow resident Ukrainians the vote?

Some European countries including France and Germany have said they will not allow Syrian expatriate voting to be held in their capitals.

Pro-regime daily Al-Watan said that is "a relatively acceptable figure, if we bear in mind the fact that France, Germany and Belgium have banned Syrian citizens" from voting, along with the United Arab Emirates.(from the digital journal article linked below)

Speaking of the impending elections in Syria- Early voting is taking place. Check out the crowds in Lebanon. Syrians, coming out en masse to vote for Bashar Assad. The NATO tyranny nations can cry wolf all they want. The Syrians are coming out to vote and they are going to vote for Assad. Which is why we are being fed a steady diet of dismissive articles. This is also the reason that so called democracies, including UAE, are not allowing Syrians to vote. The psychos in power in the aforementioned nations know exactly which way this vote is going to go, they are attempting to impede the vote and they want to present this election in as negative a light as possible.Thousands of Syrian nationals living in Lebanon arrive outside the Syrian Embassy in Yarze east of Beirut on May 28, 2014, before voting in the presidential elections in Syria"There was little sign of any opposition voters in the long queues outside the mission" Rather the voters are speaking like this?

"The lion of the Arabs," and "With our soul, with our blood, we sacrifice ourselves for you," read slogans on Assad's portraits.

"Where are the 'Friends of Syria'? If only they would come and see this picture" of thousands taking part in the election, said one young man, sitting on a bus waving the Syrian flag.

A proud Syrian flag bearer- Two stars

Syrian Ambassador Ali Abdelkarim Ali said "these elections are a response to those who had wagered on the fall of Syria. It proves that the Syrian people are attached to their land, their country and their sovereignty."

How did Lebanese military treat the Syrian refugees? Guests in their country? Who wanted nothing more then to show their support for their nation. Their home. Their land. How else? By beating them with sticks and batons!Lebanese troops beat Syrian voters near Beirut embassy

BEIRUT — Lebanese troops moved to subdue a crowd of frenzied Syrians who tried to storm their embassy in Beirut to vote for Syrian President Bashar Assad, using batons and sticks to push back people on Wednesday as expat balloting started ahead of Syria’s June 3 presidential election.

Tens of thousands of Assad supporters flocked to the hilltop embassy in a town southeast of the Lebanese capital to cast ballots, snarling traffic outside, keeping schoolchildren trapped in buses for hours and forcing some schools to cancel scheduled exams.

Nearby, a Syrian woman shouted at a Lebanese soldier, saying: “We are human beings like you. Why do you treat us this way?”

“With our souls, with our blood, we will sacrifice for you, Bashar,” and “Long live Syria!” chanted many in the crowd.

Mohammad Ahmad, 32, from the rebel-held northern city of Raqa, said: "I came today to elect president Assad who deserves my vote. He proved to the world that Syria is strong under his leadership."

Another lie the western media is promoting is that Bashar Assad is running unchallenged. Just another NATO media  fabrication. The NATO media is perturbed because none of the foreign 'opposition' is running. Since none of them reside in Syria and one , Jarba, is a Saudi.... I can't see why they would be running either? But there are challengers- Embattled Bashar Assad to face 2 challengers in Syrian presidential election held amid war

Syrian President Bashar Assad will face two other candidates in the coming June presidential election.

Assad, who is seeking a third seven-year term, will face Hassan bin Abdullah al-Nouri, a 54-year-old lawmaker from Damascus, and 43-year-old Maher Abdul-Hafiz Hajjar, a lawmaker from the northern city of Aleppo.
