Baltimore apparently forgot the cause. Freddie Gray’s spine was severed after he made eye contact with the police and then ran. He died mysteriously in custody. He had a record, though that excuses not any mistreatment, and the case is being investigated. But the matter was seized as an excuse for thugs, bands of larcenous and marauding criminals, kids and punks, opportunistic lowlifes to co-opt the ostensible subject matter of the riots and have at it — pillaging, looting and steeling. It’s about crime and theft.

The perfect analogy. Detective Frank Drebin in The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! (1988) is an imposter, an undercover cop pretending he’s a major league umpire and hoping no one catches on. He’s a cop in an area and venue he knows nothing of and about. But once he says the right thing and hears the roar of the audience’s applause he’s off and running. Repeating that which inspired the ovation even though he has no idea of what he’s doing or what it even means. Classic operant conditioning meeting Pavlov head-on.

Cashless societies stories have been missed altogether by this incredibly impuissant media, well, to be fair, the American mainstream media, which rank consistently as the most detached and disconnected waste of collective flesh ever amassed under the incredibly ironic banner of information delivery system and platforms.

Gawd bless this man. For this. Dr. Oz dared to discuss the toxicity of the biotech industry’s favorite pesticide “glyphosate” — a dangerous chemical that even the World Health Organization now admits likely causes cancer and the “Monsanto Mafia” was sicced on him.

A concept you must understand. The gatekeeper. In my circles this word and term of art have significant meaning. It’s the concept of bottlenecking news and information and data or, better yet, the distraction and deflection of public awareness. Think rodeo clown: “Today in the USA, the job is split into two separate ones, hiring bullfighters who protect the riders from the bull, and entertainers, a barrelman and a clown, who provides [sic] comic humor.” The next time you watch any MSM news show, think this.

Why is she even considered? Why? because she seems nice and familiarly dowdy and Amy Goodman-esque, like the nice lady with a lot of rescued dogs you see at Whole Foods who brings the cloth bag. The usual progressive leftie soft-spoken nice woman who’s real smart and seems anodyne. Do you think I’m kidding? The smart counter to the paleo-cretinous Neanderthal right.

It’s not propaganda; it’s the truth. The laughable moment when it hits you: what’s the truth? When is the truth true and not skewed and varied and altered reality? And according to whom? Tell me the story of the Vietnam War — from the point of view of an NVA regular. Wait, that’s not the way it happened. Oh, it most certainly did, from his point of view and vantage. And therein lies the inherent problems attendant to developing and establishing a one-size-fits-all “no bout a doubt it” truth.
