Marie Antoinette continues to inspire liberals, snobs and elitists everywhere. In the most recent display of “I can do what I want because I am rich and powerful… and you cannot!”, Democrat Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi decided that she wanted a wash and blow-dry service done at eSalon in San Francisco. The salon was closed due to the draconian COVID-19 restrictions set in place by the Emperor — oops — Governor of California, His Least Exalted Poobaness Gavin Newsom.

President Trump held a roundtable presser with law enforcement professionals and the press about the developments and resolution of the riots that started a week ago in Kenosha, Wisconsin, after a man with a sigificant criminal record was shot seven times for resisting the police, possibly to stop him from obtaining a knife in his van.

The “peaceful protesters” peacefully murdered a man in Portland, Oregon, who was a known Trump supporter. They peacefully executed him on Saturday, peacefully in cold blood.
Really.
They even celebrated this execution.

His interaction with the men was Trump as he has always been. Not one to act “presidential” but rather, being the everyman who happens to be elected president of this nation is a great sign that he is truly with the American people as one of us.

Sometimes it takes tragedy to reveal triumph. Sometimes it takes a terrible storm to create gratitude for boring weather.

This is one of the reasons why there is so much vitriol being dumped out all over President Trump from the Left, the Democrats, Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Barack Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton and her husband and so many more. They do not like it when someone walks the walk with regard to Christianity. It is far more convenient to have someone who “goes to church” but doesn’t do what God wants of them. VP Joe Biden and his wife are involved in such a playact, and so are Kamala Harris and her husband. We have noted this before but it needs to be pointed out again and again and again.

Joe Biden gave his acceptance speech last night at the Democrat National Convention. It surprised many people on both sides of the political aisle. It was an absolutely strange capstone event to a Convention that gave us a look at some of the most deranged people in America, as well as the heads who wish to rule the United States through their newly minted proxy candidate.

It is probably not CBS, ABC, NBC or even Fox News most of the time; not if you have a smartphone with a Twitter, Youtube or Facebook feed. In fact, online sources are likely to be first to bring any given story to our attentionand maybe we will go to one of these venerable sources for confirmation, if we have time. Most of the time we do not take the time to do this.

I got in trouble with one of my dearest liberal friends today.
