Is it time to be worried?

Rogers details how the world was already falling into recession, and believes the Brexit is creating a panic in world markets that is going to cause financial chaos.
The only reason the UK is having a referendum on whether the UK should stay in (Remain) or leave (Brexit) the EU, is because of the difference of opinion within the Conservative Party.
The United Kingdom Independence Party (UKIP) was formed by disgruntled Tory MPs. It has no real policy except to get out of the EU. That doesn’t stop it from shouting about how awful Europe is and how much better off an independent UK would be.

The debate over which way to vote in the Scottish Referendum is hotting up. The polls say that the gap between those voting to stay in the United Kingdom is now only a few points ahead of those planning to vote for independence.
With many still undecided, there has been a tidal wave of people registering to vote, particularly among the young. The norm for UK electoral turnout is poor. Fewer and fewer people bother to vote in local and general elections. Governments can come into power on less than a quarter of the electorate voting for them.
