Alabama Cop Snatches Camera from Man Recording Police Station to Prevent Terrorism

Fearing a terrorist plot, an Alabama police officer snatched a camera from a man who was video recording a police station from across the street, turning the man’s camera off to keep it from recording.
However, the man had a back-up body camera that was live streaming.
“I don’t care about your First Amendment rights,” said the Wetumpka police officer, who has been identified as Charles Shannon.
“I don’t know if you’re a terrorist or not, trying to film our building.”

NYPD Cop Once Again Points Gun at Man Recording

For the second time in less than a month, a video has surfaced showing an NYPD cop pointing a gun at a citizen for recording them making an arrest.
New York City Police Sergeant Diana Pichardo then snatched the phone from the man’s hands, yelling, “Give me that phone, motherfucker!,” while other cops entered and searched his apartment without a warrant.
But David Rivera – who installs security cameras for a living – had several surveillance video installed inside his apartment, capturing the warrantless invasion.

Missouri Cop Sentenced to Four Years in Prison for Leaving Teen in Coma for Video Recording Traffic Stop

It started off as a routine traffic stop on a high school student in a residential neighborhood in Missouri with the cop getting angry that the teen was asking questions, so he tasered him for 20 seconds, sending the 17-year-old into cardiac arrest.
Independence police officer Timothy Runnels then yanked the boy out of the car, handcuffing him before picking him up and slamming him face first into a sidewalk, leaving the boy in a coma.
Runnels later claimed he had smelled marijuana in the car.

Vermont Man Threatens Teens for Skateboarding on Video; Cops Blame Teens

A video that is going viral on Facebook shows a man threatening two teens for skateboarding on a public street, which is not illegal in that area of Manchester, Vermont.
“Don’t you fucking open your mouth to me because I’ll take that fucking board and shove it up your ass, you little smart ass piece of shit,” yells the man, who has been identified as Larry Fogarazzo, who appears to be 63.

Florida cops arrested journalists for covering a Justice for Corey Jones rally in the public areas surrounding the Palm Beach County Courthouse last week.
In the new video originally published by the Daily Haze on Thursday, which you can see below, it shows that in addition to arresting the media, police forced protesters off of public property and refused to identify themselves too.
Some of the unlawfully arrested journalists wearing press passes were stoic.
Others can be seen openly weeping as police conducted their mass arrest.

Florida Sheriff Trashes First Amendment in Video, Demands Photographers Leave “Expanding Crime Scene”

A Florida sheriff took the law into her own hands, using unlawful excuses to expand a crime scene to exclude journalists from a crime scene.
The Palm Beach Sheriff’s deputy was caught on camera in two videos you can see below demanding that photographers cease taking images or video in without any lawful authority.
Detective Amanda Pfeifle of south Florida’s Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office yelled at a local journalist, ordering him not to take pictures of a crime scene, directly violating the First Amendment.

What began as a routine trip to the zoo with her children turned into a frightening encounter with an Ohio cop who accused her of “suspicious activity” for strapping her children in their car seats and walking back inside her home to retrieve snacks.
Brunswick Police Sergeant Jonathan Page appeared in Ginger Borshov’s open doorway as she was about to step back outside, demanding her identification, obviously accustomed to getting what he wants.
But Borshov was not certain if she was required to hand over identification, so she grabbed a camera and began recording.
