Cadillac Unveils First 360 Car Camera Recording System

Cadillac owners will be able to record all of their police stops in 360 degrees soon, without having to buy any additional hardware.
Recording the police will be as easy as clicking save because the new Cadillac CT6 will utilize the cameras already built into the chassis that are used for rear view, collision avoidance and in the rear view mirrors.
According to the auto manufacturer’s website:

Austin police released dash cam footage showing former APD officer, Geoffrey Freeman fatally shooting unarmed teen David Joseph as he ran naked towards the cop down a residential street.
The recently-released dash cam footage shows Officer Freeman’s patrol car pulling up to Joseph from a distance and then firing two shots, both fatally wounding Joseph.
On February 8th, Freeman responded to the call at 9:57 a.m. regarding a, “black male, tall, thin, wearing jeans, boxers’ who’d just jumped a fence and ‘tried to chase a neighbor.”

Florida Deputy Caught on Camera Beating Handcuffed Man in Back of Cruiser

A Florida deputy is facing charges after his abuse of a handcuffed suspect was caught on camera inside of a patrol car.
Michael O’Connor is the Seminole County sheriff’s deputy and ex-Navy serviceman charged with misdemeanor battery.
Supervisors learned about video of him beating the handcuffed suspect, eventually bringing charges.
O’Connor was suspended and resigned before the internal investigation was completed.

South Carolina Cops Pay Zachary Hammond’s Family $2.15MM Wrongful Death Settlement

In a desperate bid to keep the killer cop off the stand, South Carolina cops settled for $2,150,000 with Zachary Hammond’s family in their wrongful death lawsuit.
Seneca Police Lt. Mark Tiller shot and killed Hammond, then lied about the circumstances, claiming the teen tried to run him over.
But Tiller shot through the passenger window.
It was a small time marijuana sale gone horribly wrong.
Zachary Hammond’s passenger was the target.

Montana Deputies Cleared in Shooting Showing Driver Veering Away from Them

Two Montana deputies said they were in fear for their lives when they opened fire on a stolen SUV, killing the man inside.
However, a dash cam video shows the SUV veered left as if to avoid striking them.
It also shows the two Yellowstone County sheriff’s deputies walking towards the approaching vehicle with their rifles drawn, opening fire as the vehicle veered left and continuing to fire after the SUV was nowhere in their path.
“I told him to stop, he hit the gas and came right at us,” one deputy can be heard telling a supervisor who later arrived on the scene.

Award-Winning Michigan Officer Known as “Robocop” Receives 13-Month Sentence for Vicious Beating Caught on Camera

The Michigan cop known as Robocop will spend at least 13 months in prison for placing a man in a chokehold and punching him repeatedly in an incident captured on dash cam video.
However, that sentence can stretch up to ten years if he is not granted parole after the 13-month period.
But we know that won’t happen.
