And The Winner Is... Jon Hoadley

This took me over 3 hours to do this morning Our Blue America contest ended last night-- at midnight (PT). There were 426 individuals who took part. People are still contributing to the candidates on the page, although those contributions, while very welcome, don't count as "votes." A little over $29,000 was raised. Each candidate, on average, got almost $1,700.

Green Day/Blue Texas-- Insomniac Platinum Award Plaque Contest For Mike Siegel

March 3 isn't just Super Tuesday for the presidential candidates, it is also the big day for many congressional candidates all over the country. One of the best candidates Blue America has endorsed, Mike Siegel-- who has the best chance to replace a toxic Trump enabler (Michael McCaul)-- needs some help with his field campaign. Blue America wants to help him raise some money for that and we're going to offer the double platinum Green Day Insomniac award you see pictured here.

Help Blue America Give Away $15,000 To 3 Candidates

We planned to spend this $15,000 on an independent project to help one of the Blue America candidates. But then we thought that the candidates could probably spend it more effectively than we could at this point in the game. They all need the money for their Get-Out-The-Vote field operations. So we're going to give $5,000 each to 3 candidates. Which 3? That's up to you.
