As a Canadian, I have grown used to the ways that other people look at Canadians over all... Of course when I travel I get the usual..."So you are Canadian, Eh!!!" attitude and the usual jokes about how cold it is up here in Canada and that we all live in igloos and we have beavers for pets... And how we always say "Eh!!!" ...Or of course instead of "about" use "aboot" (which is very false of course..) ... I usually get a laugh and do once in a while like to poke fun at Canadian culture...Well, today I was sent the following video that gave me a good chuckle, and I want to share it right here with my own readers... It is called "The Polite (Canadian Way) To Get Rid Of Bears" and I have it right here for all to see for themselves.. Of course I have my own thoughts and comments to follow:NTS Notes: First I must note that where I live in Canada we rarely see bears anywhere.. You have to go at least 50km out from where I am to be in "bear country"....The other point that I do want to make is that what this person has done in this video is absolutely a NO NO... You would never approach a mother bear with her cubs and even attempt this... I would suspect that this person was safely away from these bears and in a position where the mother would not attack him....Yes, this video is very well done... And yes, most Canadians that I have dealt with are absolutely very polite.. But again I doubt if you would use that "politeness" in dealing with bears in your yard...More to comeNTS
