The New York state law that allows the 725,000 illegal aliens to obtain driver's licenses when they are of age is supported by state Democrats and the big business lobby.

Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, estimates that at least 900,000 aliens illegally voted in the 2018 midterms. Voter ID laws help prevent voter fraud, but those who benefit from massive migration say that this is racism.

California is one of the worse offenders as the state automatically registers people to vote and gives driver's licenses to non-citizens, including illegal aliens. The DMV has acknowledged making 105,000 registration errors since Motor Voter began on April 23, 2018. Some customers were registered to the wrong party.

The Democrats are setting up a scam system that they are pushing to go national, following the California model of automatically registering everyone to vote when they get a driver's license, and then adding to the corruption by allowing them to vote from home with their phone.

The Texas Department of Public Safety reported that 95,000 non-citizens are illegally registered to vote in Texas, and 58,000 of them voted in at least one Texas election since 1996. Non-citizens who are lawfully residing in Texas may obtain drivers licenses, but only citizens are entitled to vote.

Judicial Watch reached a settlement agreement from its lawsuit against California and Los Angeles County under which they must remove as many as 1.5 million inactive voters from their registration rolls. Inactive registrations belong mostly to voters who have moved or are deceased.

'Ballot harvesting' is when organized workers collect ballots from absentee voters and drop them off at a polling place or election office, violating the chain of custody.
