A universal digital ID is the Holy Grail of Technocracy because it will enable a "Skynet" system of total control. The World Bank's backing guarantees that Central Bank Digital Currency will be tightly coupled with vaccine passports.

French President Macron’s minority government proposal to extend the policy whereby anyone entering France has to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test was defeated.

Canada is introducing the Known Traveler Digital Identity (KTDI) program for digital identities, including facial recognition, for "secure and seamless" international travel. The World Economic Forum is partnered with KTDI.

The EU is run by Technocrats for Technocrats and in the case of vaccine passports, the "science is settled" and their 447 million citizens are forced to be tracked, spindled, numbered, punched and stapled. This is a clear picture of the dystopian, hardline disposition of scientific dictatorship, aka Technocracy.
