Palestine to seek UN protection, calls for investigation into ‘Israeli crimes’ in Gaza

As Palestinians in Gaza continue their ‘March of Return’ at the Gaza border, the Palestinian leadership will seek international protection for Palestinians who are ‘under Israeli occupation’.
The March began three weeks ago, and has seen dozens killed and thousands more injured by cross border fire from Israelis, who are said be using the banned munition of explosive rounds.
The demonstrations are a six week long protest to conclude on the 15th of May, which marks the 70th anniversary of the Jewish state.

Is There a Plot to Expel Russia from UN Security Council?

Senator Sergei Kalashnikov of the Federation Council of the Russian Duma claims that the West has launched an operation to expel Russia from the United Nations Security Council.

The US and its client sate, the UK, have accused Russia of poisoning Sergei Skripal at a emergency UNSC meeting.
The UK government has accused Russia of breaching the International Chemical Weapons Convention, even though the United Kingdom refuses to share its finding with Russia, in accordance with international law.
The escalating threats from the globalist controlled powers came during an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council, called by London over the poisoning of Russian double agent Sergei Skripal in Britain.

Chinese President Xi Jinping hosted his US counterpart Donald Trump at the Palace Museum within the Forbidden City, a historic site at the heart of the capital Beijing on Wednesday.
The two presidents, who have at times been at odds over how to deal with North Korea, met for tea at the Hall of the Embodied Treasures in the Museum with both first ladies in attendance.
Chinese news media showed Xi giving Trump and the first ladies a tour of the other main halls in the museum.

Russia increases pressure on North Korea

Putin does not agree with Trump’s threats against North Korea, and says such vitriol will add to tensions in the region [PPIO]
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree this week to enforce United Nations Security Council resolutions on North Korea.
In line with the UNSC resolutions, Putin ordered that increased restrictions be applied to North Korea in the trade, financial, and scientific sectors even though Russia has no existing economic ties to the country.
The UNSC passed Resolution 2371 on August 5 in response to Pyongyang testing two ballistic missiles.

Despite the threat of all-out war with the US and its allies in the Pacific and the weight of new UN sanctions, North Korea is to push ahead with full-scale development of its nuclear and missile technologies.
During the Second Plenum of the 7th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea held on Saturday, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said that military development was a key defensive strategy against the US.

UN Security Council unanimously condemns North Korea’s missile launch

At the request of Japan and South Korea, the United Nations Security Council has met and unanimously condemned North Korea’s latest missile launch which saw a ballistic missile fly over Japan. It was the first time the DPRK has fired a missile over Japanese territory since 2009.
While Japan reserves the right to shoot down any missiles over its territory, this was not attempted during the recent launch.
