A poll revealed that 44% of Americans said that a government-run vaccine passport system requiring proof of vaccination is a good idea in order to "get back to normal" while 41% say it is a bad idea. The Biden administration is working with major corporations to develop a vaccine passport system to engage in commerce.

Life on the island has returned to 'near normal' by fully reopening businesses, restaurants and pubs, reopening schools, scrapping the mask requirement and ending social distancing.
