Sputnik News reported Monday that the American Senate, with specific support from Senator John McCain, proposes a bill to prevent a US President from leaving NATO unless this is supported by a two-thirds majority vote in the Senate. This not only applies to NATO but to all treaties:
While Trump is demanding that NATO allies pay “their fair share”, many supporters of the old order are frantically trying to save the sinking ship. Among them, McCain tops the list. He is terrified that what is left of the post war world that he grew up in, fought in, and politically served in will pass away.

On just about every issue, in 2016, candidate Trump ran in opposition to Sen. Lindsey Graham. Donald Trump won the presidency; Lindsey Graham quit the race with a near-zero popularity, as reflected in the polls.
The People certainly loathe the senator from South Carolina. A poll conducted subsequently found that Graham was among the least popular senators.
No wonder. Graham is reliably wrong about most things.
