The Factors of Soft Power’s Influence on Politics

The term soft power was invented by the American international relations analyst, Joseph S. Nye in debating the question of possible declination of the US power and diplomatic influence in the late 1980s during the last years of the Cold War.

The phenomenon of war crimes is commonly understood as individual responsibility for violations of the internationally agreed-on laws and customs of warfare.
