The trade war between Japan and South Korea caused by the decision of Seoul to ignore the results of the 1965 Agreement is reaching a new level.

Among the numerous products of the Russian industry which are in considerable demand abroad, one of the important ones is the trucks of the Kama automobile plant (KAMAZ). The KAMAZ brand trucks have seen several decades of popularity in various countries of the world thanks to their loading capacity and reliability, as well as their ability to work in tough environments, in terms of both climate and landscape, and easy repair and maintenance. At the same time, the Russian vehicles have a rather small cost.

The second BRF-2019 Summit in Beijing became a landmark event that marked achievements of this infrastructure project, which, in 2016, changed its former name One Belt, One Road (OBOR) to Belt Road Initiative (BRI). The word ‘Belt’ refers to land routes, while ‘Road’ to maritime routes, the words “one, one” were removed from the name since numerous different side branches have been created.

As we have highlighted on more than one occasion, the U.S.–Chinese relationship is at the very epicenter of the latest stage of the global chess game. However, this does not mean that Washington and Beijing are completely fixated on issues facing their bilateral relations.

There has been much talk of Japan recently, which has significantly intensified its foreign policy: Japan is working together with the United States to promote the Indo-Pacific strategy with multilateral support within the framework of the US-Japan-India-Australia quadrilateral security dialogue (QUAD), which involves strengthening the Japan Self-Defense Forces and intensive peace treaty negotiations with Russia.
