At 9:46 PM Republican Carolyn Carluccio had 763,873 votes in the state-wide race, but the tally showed only 377,722 votes for her; she lost to the Democrat candidate by 207,237 votes. It is impossible to lose votes in an honest election.

Democrats are pushing to allow non-citizens to vote in local elections in New York City, Boston, and other municipalities, and statewide in Connecticut. California and Maryland also already permit municipalities to enfranchise no-citizens.
