Award-Winning Washington Cop Runs Red Light and Crashes Into Teen, Then Cites Teen for DUI After Teen Admitted to Smoking Pot Two Hours Earlier

In an odd turn of events, a 16-year-old was charged with a DUI in Washington after a Spokane police officer ran a red light, crashed into the teenager and then blamed him for the accident.
Officer Seth Killian, who has been awarded countless accolades throughout his law enforcement career, was distracted and ran a red light on December 8 crashing into the teenager’s vehicle.
He even admitted to being at fault in the moments after the crash.
“I screwed up, man,” a distraught Killian is heard telling another officer in a conversation captured on his body cam.

New Jersey Cop Sentenced to Five Years in Prison After Dash Cam Video Proved He Lied on Arrest Report

A New Jersey cop who did not think twice about lying on a police report to send a man to prison was sentenced to five years in prison on Friday without the eligibility of parole.
And only because his dash cam contradicted his police report.
Otherwise, it may have been Marcus Jeter sentenced to prison on charges of eluding, resisting arrest, aggravated assault and attempting to disarm a police officer.

Michigan Deputies Show Restraint in Dramatic Dashcam Video

So many times, we have reported on cops shooting at fleeing vehicles by claiming they were standing directly in the path of the vehicle, only for video evidence to later prove them wrong, that we automatically expect cops to do this when the opportunity arises.
But here’s a dashcam video from last month showing Michigan deputies trying to apprehend a teenager in a stolen car, having ample opportunity to shoot and kill him, only for them to hold their fire.

Here is the Video of the Chicago Police Officer Shooting Laquan McDonald

The long-awaited video has finally been released and it’s not pretty, showing 17-year-old Laquan McDonald was nowhere near Chicago police when one cop opened fire and shot him 16 times.
Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke then walked up to him and continued to shoot after the teenager had collapsed on the street.
Initially, police claimed that McDonald had “lunged” at Van Dyke with a knife, but the knife is barely visible in the video.
But what is visible is that McDonald never lunged.

New Jersey Cop Attacks Same Woman He Attacked in 2013, This Time on Video, Leading to Amended Lawsuit

In an infuriating case of déjà vu all over again, a New Jersey woman named Marella Lawson was stopped by the same cop she had sued for abuse a year earlier, only to get abused in almost the same manner.
This time, the incident was captured on the dash cam of Bridgeton Patrol Officer Shane Sawyers, a hot-headed cop who serves as president of the local police union.
The latest incident took place in March 2015, but the video is only now surfacing after it was obtained by Fox 29.

Oklahoma Woman Plows Car into Cop Car, Saying: “I’m God, Bitch”

Believing she was God, a woman drove at full speed towards a police officer, who fired off two rounds before a dramatic collision that was captured on body cam.
“I’m God, bitch,” said Stacey Ann Bunsey after popping her head out from the window of her overturned car. “Welcome to hell.”
“OK, but come on out,” Sand Springs police officers  urged.
The fact that nobody was seriously injured in the incident suggests that God, indeed, was looking over them that day.
But Bunsey was unable to use her God credentials to avoid arrest last Friday afternoon.

Dash Cam Proves Alabama Cop Lied When He Shot Man Claiming Man Pointed Gun at Him

Officer Daniel Aguirre of the Birmingham Police Department in Alabama shot a man twice last year, claiming that the suspect pointed a gun at him.
Now newly released dash cam footage refutes that claim.
In fact, authorities refused to release the video for more than a year. It was obtained by AL.com through a confidential source.
Aguirre shot Aubrey Williams after a robbery of a Wells Fargo ATM on April 24, 2014.

The South Carolina trooper facing criminal charges for shooting a man reaching for his drivers license – after asking the man for his drivers license – is now facing criminal charges for shoplifting at Walmart.
But Sean Groubert has still managed to avoid spending much time in jail.
“Please keep me out of jail,” Groubert asked the judge on Monday, who was considering a motion to revoke the bond from his previous charge.
