Socialism, Not Sanctions, Is to Blame for Venezuela's Misery

Economic sanctions aren't helpful and shouldn't be defended. 
But Venezuela’s crisis is entirely of its own making and is a direct result of the failed policies of Hugo Chavez and Nicolás Maduro.
