New York's Uber Crackdown Impoverishes the Many for the Benefit of the Few

Union leaders may regard such legislation as a victory, but New Yorkers have lost. There are 8.5 million New Yorkers that have been denied access to improvements in an industry long left stagnant. They have been denied a natural regulation of prices. They have been denied the freedom to work.
