After 5 months of doing periodic special podcasts , “The Jack Blood Show” is returning to the LIVE airwaves On the great classic radio network,THE MICRO EFFECT
Listeners will have several Options to tune in. TME (the Micro Effect) broadcasts to nearly 200 LPFMs (Low power FM local radio stations) nationwide. A live stream is FREE on their website, and archives will be available at www.radiofreeblood.com – where we will also be adding a video stream of the show (Jack Blood and Guests) at some point in the near future.
The Jack Blood Show will also be live via KU band satellite: Galaxy 19: Frequency: 12060 MHz; Polarization: Horizontal; Symbol Rate: 22000
We will be adding affiliates and apps as we go. The show will still be available at Roku.com – but there will be some delay, unlike the daily archives which will be up the same day.
The new show will broadcast in our ORIGINAL time slot, Afternoon Drive 3PM – 5PM Eastern Time.
We have already booked some mind blowing guests, and many of the regulars you love will be coming back for regular appearances.
The new show will be slightly more radio friendly, in that some of the more abrasive bumper music and, language will be cleaned up to entice a wider audience, as well as protect the affiliates from “the radio police”.
This is what I do. I want as many people as possible to hear my message, and the unique quality information of our guests. We will still be doing a few specialty podcasts with the more radical format, but It’s my goal to bring people together at this point, instead of giving folks reasons NOT to listen; (ok we admit it) We will keep all of the sharp edges, but round off the protruding points. A kinder gentler Jack Blood? Don’t bet on it!
The show will be open to callers on a regular basis… Something that I definitely have missed since doing the podcasts. We have some of the most informed listeners, and funniest callers in the world… YOU will most certainly become a huge asset to our show!
Most importantly…. We will need your continued support while we are getting ramped up.
