Are Clinical Trials of Hydroxychloroquine Designed to Kill People to Prove it Should Not be Used?

Several clinical trials of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) have been administering huge, lethal-sized doses of the drug to COVID patients. If the inexpensive HCQ is said to fail because of these deaths, it will be tossed aside and the coast will be clear for profitable vaccines.
