Zero Electric Vehicle Chargers Built So Far with $7.5 Billion Allocated by Congress

The Biden administration urged Congress in 2021 to spend $7.5 billion to build tens of thousands of electric vehicle (EV) chargers across the country, but two years later, the program has yet to install a single charger. Biden’s goal is to have half the vehicles sold in the United States to be electric by 2030.
