Rebels Force US Special Ops To Flee Al Rai. US Retaliates by Bombing Same Rebels

This is an interesting episode for sure!: "an event or a group of events occurring as part of a larger sequence"I’m going to keep this short, sweet and on point!-Russia and Turkey's top generals have a meeting to coordinate and cooperate-Next day Special Ops is outed-Lavrov outs US support of terrorists-The US bombs the FSA "accidentaly" in an obvious act of retaliation-While distancing themselves, and blaming Turkey for the incident!Yesterday's blog post! *Turkey and Russia’s top generals are to meet in Ankara on Thursday, the Russian Defense Ministry saidCoordination?
Chief of General Staff Gen. Hulusi Akar will meet Gen. Valery Gerasimov to discuss Syria and also to talk about military cooperation, a spokesman said.

Today: Fighters backed by Turkey outing US Special Forces- very, very publicly.Today:  Lavrov also outing US support of terrorists-  Lavrov: Russia Hopes No One In US Trying To Shield Terrorists

“Not long ago, the Americans at last sent us a list of organizations which they consider to be part of the ceasefire and which should not be targeted. In one of the first positions there is Ahrar al-Sham,” Lavrov said.

“It seems the Americans are listing a part of a terrorist structure, which is recognized as such by the UN, as an organization loyal to them,” Lavrov remarked.

I’m seeing a concerted effort being made here to put the US on the hot seat!  This is all playing out in the court of public opinion. I suspect the US didn’t see this coming and is in damage control mode!Turkish backed fighters out the US special forcesLink: I cannot embed this one  Same video different link, embedding allowed!    RT: Crusaders. Infidels. Dogs

At least two videos circulated on Twitter on Friday evening appeared to show that they were not welcome in al-Rai.

The footage shows a group of agitated men, gathered in the town square, shouting anti-American slogans in Arabic, as a cavalcade of vehicles passes by.The chants include: "Down with America," "Get out you dogs," and "They are coming to Syria to occupy it." Voices in the background call the US troops “pigs” and “crusaders.”

"We don't want a single American fighting in Syria alongside us," says a man in the second video. "We are Muslims, we are not infidels. Get out!"

Reuters cited a US official and a “senior rebel commander,” who confirmed that a protest had taken place, which ended with US troops making their way back towards the Turkish border.

The US State Department spokesman John Kirby said the "rhetoric" used by the rebels was “not appropriate” and acknowledged that the opposition “is not a monolith,” but still praised the overall success of Turkey’s operation inside northern Syria.

"Towards the Turkish border" .. Interesting.  Why not report crossed the Turkish border and entered Turkey?!  Based on the obfuscated reporting I'm going to suggest that the special forces DID NOT enter Turkey I'm going to suggest that the special forces headed back to the annexed Syrian territory, where just today we read about the US flags unfurled as a psyop against the Turkish and Syrian people!

Must be quite an embarrassment to the US, no? Of course it is! So damned embarrassing that the US goes back and drops bombs on these same fighters!Oh wait, I thought they were allies, fighting with special forces of the US. Guess not! That's no way to treat your allies.. Oh, but, it was just an accident- Not a bombing run called in by the fleeing special forces. (I don't believe that!)

According to the terrorist group's media wing, the U.S. Anti-ISIS Coalition mistakenly bombed the Free Syrian Army's (FSA) positions in the western countryside of Al-'Ra'i. The U.S. Air Force was intending to bombard the Islamic State terrorists that were combatting their ground allies at the western farms of Al-Ra'i; however, they attacked the Free Syrian Army instead. This latest report comes just hours after the same rebel groups chased the U.S. Army out of Al-Ra'i.

Of course, in a total face saving/spin measure, the US blames Turkey, saying the state department is unable to speak to how Turkey vet's the forces:

“On specific [Turkish] vetting procedures, that is really beyond me to speak to,” Kirby told reporters, commenting on the report.

What was it that made these rebels so angry?

Later, a group of rebels purporting to be representatives of Ahrar al-Sharqiya, a militia operating in the area, circulated a video statement, saying that US support of Kurds, was behind their protest.

Which explains the use of the terms "occupiers" and coming to Syria to occupy itFinally: Google blogger is censoring my earlier post from today
