Daryl Morey tweeted: “Fight For Freedom. Stand With Hong Kong,” in support of the protesters. Chinese companies began pulling their NBA sponsorships and the NBA quickly issued apologies. It appears that these corporations are more loyal to their income stream than to their professed support for the "fight for freedom".
