Morocco is now requiring visa’s for Libyans because they have found so many fraudulent passports coming out of Libya. These passports are being issued by the official office in Libya and they are issuing these passports to Al Qaeda (radical Islamists from all over the world) many of them not even Libyan. All Arab countries were open to Arabs from other Arabic nations with a passport, this is a first amongst Arab Muslim countries to require a visa and it is pretty shocking to the Arab world.
This is a wake up call to the world about the spread of terrorists via Libya and proof that Al Qaeda is in control of Libya

عاجل :ليبيا تمنح جوازات سفر ليبية لاعضاء القاعدة للتنقل حول العالم

( في لقاء بالقناة المغربيه الاولى مع اللواء خالد سالم العبسي وكيل وزارة الذاخليه المغربيه قال فيه (( لقد اعتمدنا الحصول على التأشيرة للمواطنين الليبيين للدخول لاراضي الممكله المغربيه من سفارتنا بليبيا وذلك بعد تزايد عدد الاشخاص الذين يحملون جوازات سفر ليبية مزوره يأتون الي المملكه ففي شهر واحد من سنة 2014 ضبط اكثر من مائتان وخمسة وثمانون شخصاً بمطار محمد الخامس يحملون جوازات سفر ليبيه ليسوا عرب اصلاً بعضهم من الباكستان والشيشان وموزنبيق وكذلك افغان وبنقلاديش ،، حيث اعلمت السلطات الليبية بذلك فوراً وابلغنا بأن تم تغيير الجواز الليبي القديم الي جواز اكتروني ومع ذلك ومند اسبوع فقط ضبط اكثر من عشرون شخصاً يحملون الجواز الجديد من الجزائر ومصر وفلسطين وبعضهم مطلوب لدى السلطات المغربيه وممنوع من ذخول اراضي المملكه واحيطت السلطات الليبية بذلك والتي اكذت صحة وسلامة اجراءات الجوازات التي ضبطت ثم تراجعة واكذت انها جوازات مزوره وحتى الان لازال من تم ضبطهم في مقار العدليه في انتظار ترحيلهم لليبيا او بلدانهم ،، هذه الفوضى الاجرائيه في المستندات الشخصية لليبيين هي من جعلتنا نتخد قرار الحصول على تأشيره للذخول للمملكه لحين سيطرت السلطات الليبيه على الدوله والاجراءات السياديه لها فيما يتعلق بوثائق السفر والتنقل بين الدول والقضاء على هذه الظاهره التي اثرت سلباً على حالة الامن بدول المغرب العربي التي ترتبط بأثفاقيات امنيه فيما بينها )
