Court Orders New York City to Reinstate All Employees Fired for Refusing COVID Vaxx
The court stated that the Mayor’s Executive Order granting vaccine exemptions to certain groups of people, including performers and athletes, was arbitrary and capricious. The court also stated, "being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting Covid-19."
