Bombings Resume in Baghdad; 40 Killed, 94 Wounded

Bombings in the capital resumed today. Meahwhile, news out of Anbar province was scarce, perhaps due to militants streaming into the province. Overall, at least 40 people were killed and 94 were wounded.
