5th Circuit Court of Appeals Says Obamacare Individual Mandate Is Unconstitutional and Sent The Case Back to Lower Court to Decide If The Rest of It Also Is Unconstitutional

The fine print in the policies may look and read like insurance, but the reality is that they are a scheme to promise and tax until the system breaks, leaving only the political and financial elite with real health care.
