There has been a large drop in white recruits in the US armed forces, especially in the US Army. Critics blame demonization of white people, lack of advancement opportunities due to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policies, immoral wars over resources, and vaccine mandates.
IBM chief Arvind Krishna says he would fire, demote or strip bonuses from execs who don’t hire enough blacks, Hispanics — or hire too many Asians. “Asians are not an underrepresented minority in tech in America…I’m not going to finesse this, for blacks we should try to get towards 13 percent.”
An online form for the program features the Best Buy logo and says candidates for the program seeking to enhance leadership skills “must meet the requirements” that are only open to people who “identify as Black, Latino, Hispanic, Asian or Pacific Islander.”
