Epidemiologists say Face Masks do not Prevent Spread of Disease

Both the US Surgeon General and the CDC have flip-flopped on this issue but keep returning to the 'wear-the-mask' position, perhaps as a psychological measure to convince the sleeping public convinced that the pretended pandemic is real.
