It is all fun and games until someone gets hurt. A police captain in Wichita, Kansas got angered at a female teenage referee and ran on the game court deciding to take matters into his own hands.
And it was all caught on video, as seen here.
Now the Wichita police captain has been arrested for battery and disorderly conduct.

Arizona Man Sues Prosecutor for Wrongful Arrest that Kept him in Jail for Two Months

Imagine spending two months in jail for a robbery that you didn’t commit. Well, that is exactly what happened to an Iowa man after he was falsely charged with first-degree robbery.
Now he is suing the prosecutor that threw him in jail.
Joseph McBride, 23, was arrested for his assumed role in a January 2017 home invasion robbery in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
McBride was in Phoenix at the time of his August 2017 arrest, several months after the original crime was committed.

Video Captures Transit Officer Asking Individual His Immigration Status, Officer Fired

Sunday, May 14, 2017, Ricardo Levins Morales captures a Minneapolis Metro Transit Officer on video, asking a man under suspicion of not paying his fare for the train, about his immigration status. Mr Morales then interjects and asks, “if they are authorized to act as immigration police?” the officer simply shrugs his shoulders, as if he did not know if he is or if he is not.

Concerning Study Shows Glyphosate Herbicide Harms Unborn Children

At a children’s health conference earlier this month, the results of a study were presented which show that glyphosate, the main component in the Monsanto herbicide, RoundUp, is detected in pregnant women and could lead to adverse outcomes, including shorter gestation times and lower birth weights.
The news comes just weeks after the USDA scrapped plans to start testing food for glyphosate.

These days it is not uncommon for cops to get arrested for assault.
But Officer Christopher Reiter, 36, of the Minneapolis Police Department took things way too far when he kicked Mohamed Osman while he was already down on the ground.
Osman suffered severe brain injuries, brain bleeding and ended up with fractures in his face, including sinus fractures in his nose.
Because of the injuries, Osman is unable to work.

Michigan Sheriff Backs Staff who Forced Woman to Give Birth on Dirty Jail Floor

A Michigan sheriff is defending a county jail’s decision to withhold treatment from a woman who gave birth in a jail after staff members refused to believe she was going into labor.
A lawmaker is now urging state investigators to look at the case, the same jail previously probed by federal investigators for the deaths of two inmates refused hospitalization in the past four years.

Wisconsin Deputy Slams 15 Shots of Vodka, Steals Man’s Sweatshirt, Passes Out in Patrol Car, Blames Bartender

How many shots does it take for a cop to pass out in their patrol vehicle while in uniform and on-duty as a police dog helplessly sits in the backseat?
It took 15 shots of vodka for a Wisconsin deputy to do just that.
St. Croix County Sheriff’s Deputy Ryan Fowler ended up having a .23 blood alcohol content – nearly three times the legal limit.
In fact, Fowler still had the squad car in drive with his foot on the brake when responding officers found him passed out from his drunken stupor.

Wisconsin Sheriff David Clarke Detains Man for Looking at Him the Wrong Way on Airplane

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke had a man detained for looking at him the wrong way on an airplane Sunday.  Or for mocking him over a football game.
Or, if you believe the sheriff, for making him fear for his life.
“Next time he or anyone else pulls this stunt on a plane they may get knocked out,” the sheriff said in a statement. “I do not have to wait for some goof to assault me.”
