WATCH: Iowa Cop Leaves Man Paralyzed During Traffic Stop

After being shot three times by an Iowa cop during a traffic stop on November 1, Jerime Mitchell is now paralyzed from the neck down.
Linn County Attorney Jerry Vander Sanden announced this week that no charges will be filed against the shooting officer after a grand jury declined to return an indictment against Cedar Rapids police officer Lucas Jones.
However, the grand jury arrived at that decision without obtaining statements from Mitchell, even though his lawyer insists she tried for several weeks to set up an interview with investigators and her client.

EPA Approves Dangerous Monsanto-Made Weedkiller

On November 9, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved dicamba, a dangerously toxic herbicide designed by Monsanto for its next generation biotech soy and cotton varieties. [1]

The approval means that farmers will be able to use the new Xtendimax with Vapor Grip Technology formulation of dicamba to help control weeds in their crops that have become resistant to glyphosate and PPO (protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitors). [2]

Milwaukee Cop who Killed Sylville Smith Arrested for Raping Men

After a raw demonstration of Pulp Fiction-style, ludicrous behavior, Milwaukee police officer Dominique Heaggan-Brown was in court Thursday wearing handcuffs and an orange suicide suit as he waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Brown – the cop who shot and killed Sylville Smith in August, sparking a weekend of riots – was arrested in mid-October for raping two men as well as soliciting male prostitutes while he was off duty.

Missouri won’t Exonerate Innocent Man Because He’s not on Death Row

Eyewitness testimony from a 7-year-old girl who saw her mother stabbed to death was the “linchpin” that put Rodney Lincoln behind bars for life for the April 1982 murder of a St. Louis woman.
The deciding factor for the outcome is now doubting her own story, and she wants her mother’s supposed killer to go free.
On Tuesday the Missouri Court of Appeals Western District denied Rodney Lincoln a writ of habeas corpus that would have forced a retrial of his 1983 conviction.

GRAPHIC: Colorado Cops Break MMA Fighter’s Neck on Camera, He’s Paralyzed & Suing

Two Colorado cops won’t be charged with a crime even after newly-released video shows the moments when they broke a handcuffed man’s neck, and left him a paraplegic.
You can see the whole incident below.
The body cam video shows a La Junta Police officer dropping the man on his head in the first two seconds as they pulled him from their police cruiser.
Those seconds ended the man’s promising MMA career.
Now Donovan Duran needs constant medical attention.
He’s unable to walk, paralyzed from the nipples on his chest down to his toes.

WATCH: Chicago Cop Stomps Shaquille O’Neal’s Head Into Pavement, Spurs Protests

“Put the phone DOWN!” yelled the plainclothes Chicago cop at a witness, after stomping on Shaquille O’Neal’s head while another officer wrestled with him on the ground, and lay atop of him.
A one minute video of the incident was posted Monday by a bystander who recorded it on his cell phone, which you can see below.
Now, an undercover Chicago cop has been relieved of his duties after being caught on video kicking the defenseless O’Neal’s head into the pavement.

Wisconsin Undercover Cop Illegally Detains Man for Recording Traffic Stop

“Don’t stop people unlawfully,” said the Wisconsin man, “Honor your oath, honor your oath.”
A Wisconsin cop was caught on camera doing a traffic stop in an undercover car, and retaliated against the citizen by detaining him for absolutely no reason.
“I’m just curious,” was the Wisconsin cop’s original logic.
When the poor citizen asked the cop to articulate what actual crime he was suspected of committing, the officer could do nothing more than silently nod his head.

Missouri Prosecutor Sues City Marshal Indicted on 10 Felonies to Prevent New Term

A Missouri prosecutor filed a quo warranto lawsuit against the City Marshal-elect from the town of Dixon, to keep him out of office, as county police step in to keep order after a near-riot.
It’s not often that prosecutors sue police.
According to local news outlet KY3, ‘Pulaski County Sheriff Ron Long called the protest at city hall on the night after the election a ‘near riot,'” and:
