WATCH: San Antonio Cop Body Slams 12-Year Old Girl Knocking Her Out (UPDATED)

Should an adult male San Antonio cop ever body slam a preteen girl?
A video uploaded to YouTube shows a San Antonio Independent School District cop named Joshua Kehm body-slamming a 12-year-old girl face-first into concrete on March 29 as you can see in the video below.
It knocked the girl unconscious.
“She landed on her face!” a bystander says after the cop body slams her, apparently leaving her unconscious.
The incident occurred at Rhodes Middle School in San Antonio, Texas.
Officer Kehm then handcuffed the girl and she stands up, walking away with him.
The story was first published in Ghost-O-.com, and Kehm told the victim’s mother that she tried to kick him and that he thought she was going to instigate a fight with another student.
But witnesses said the victim was just having peaceful conversation before the officer attacked her.
Since the incident, the girl has been suffering from severe headaches.
The victim’s mother, Gloria Valdez, fears the Kehm might attack her daughter or another student again.
According to Revolution-News, the school district was asked if they had any thoughts or comments about the video.
Their spokesperson stated, “I am sure it will be on the news soon.”
Opposing-views.com reports that SAISD’s executive director of communication had this to say, “It’s very very concerning. We’ve moved quickly to launch a formal investigation both at the police and the administrative level.
“We need to gather all the details, but also we will not tolerate excessive force in this district.”
The San Antonio Independent School District has launched an investigation into possible excessive force, according to DailyNewsx.com
The SAISD website states,  “The focus of all officers is to work as a positive influence to children and protect the schools by providing a safe learning environment.”
Raul Valdez, the girl’s father, said that his daughter’s friend recorded the video.
“It hurt me really bad that a grown man could do that to a little girl. I want to confront the officer, but thought it would be better to do everything legally,” said Valdez upset over his daughter’s treatment.
“I want justice for my daughter. These police are getting out of hand. They think they are above the law.”
Officer Kehm has not yet been disciplined, or fired, for the incident.
Instead, the cop is on paid leave.
Basically, he’s on vacation.
And the police union will probably help him find his way back to work when it’s all said and done.
According to his Linked-in profile, officer Kehm has only been with the San Antonio Independent School District since February of 2015.
And in just over one short year has committed a stunning act of police brutality caught on camera.

UPDATE: Ironically, SAPD posted on their Facebook page on April, 1st, that they are celebrating National Child Abuse Prevention Month.
