In a result pollsters have been predicting for several weeks, three-time presidential candidate Andrés Manuel López Obrador pulled out a convincing victory in Mexico’s general elections on Sunday, emerging nearly 30 points ahead of his closest rival.
Obrador ran as a left-wing populist championing Mexico’s poor and railing against the corrupt political establishment in the country, which has led some to compare him with US President Donald Trump.

For the second year US President Trump skipped the White House Correspondents’ Ball to hold an election style rally with American workers in Michigan.

POTUS is moving to build that wall…it is official.
The executive order signed today was part of a series of actions aimed at stopping illegal immigration and cracking down on refugees permanently settling in the US.
The executive order was signed during POTUS Trump’s visit to the Department of Homeland Security.
White House spokesman Sean Spicer noted…

Trump means business…this much is obvious from his first few days in office.
In 5 days, its safe to say that Trump has done more than Barack Obama did in four years…except for playing golf.
More importantly Trump is keeping his word on his campaign promises. No other promise is more controversial and interesting than his “build the wall” mantra.
