21WIRE | It is believed that thousands of hard-hit businesses already damaged by government lockdown orders, will be pushed into bankruptcy as a result of the City's new vaccine mandate. 

People will have to carry a certificate of vaccination, known as a 'green badge.' Masks are still in place for everyone.
