Tulsi Gabbard Interview Turns Ugly as MSNBC Hosts Assail Her Anti-War Positions

WASHINGTON — Congresswoman and Democratic 2020 candidate for president Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) sat down for an interview on MSNBC on Wednesday morning. It had all the right ingredients for a thoughtful discourse following President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address and Gabbard’s first campaign speech over the weekend, but partisan talking heads chose to railroad the candidate with “gotcha” questions about her 2017 fact-finding trip in Syria.

NBC News and ‘New Knowledge’ Launch Smear Campaign Against Tulsi Gabbard 2020

NBC News jumped the shark this week, claiming that the Tulsi Gabbard 2020 presidential campaign is somehow supported by a ‘Kremlin propaganda effort.’
The claim is just the latest episode in a two and half year-long campaign of anti-Russian propaganda which has become the standard across the US and UK mainstream media. In the NBC News piece, ‘experts’ claim to have scientific proof that an army suspected ‘Russian accounts’ and ‘Kremlin-linked websites’ are somehow propelling Gabbard’s presidential campaign.

I've never been a fan of Hillary Clinton's-- never. At least her husband's neo-liberal agenda was couched in a pleasant personality. Each time I've met her was-- literally-- disgusting. I was stuck with a monster. Once her whole retinue-- one by one-- abandoned her backstage before a speech and I was the only left to deal with her and it was excruciating. Once at a White House state banquet she was like the big downer in the otherwise festive event, bad vibing everyone.

Porkins Policy Radio episode 170 JP Sottile and Robbie Martin on 2020 Dems, Trumps future, and neocon Tulsi Gabbard

JP Sottile joined me in the first hour to discuss the current political climate and the soon approaching 2020 Presidential election. We talked about the possibility of Trump not running in 2020 and the potential Republicans that might take his place. JP floated the idea of both John Kasich and Nikki Haley running. Later we talked about the seemingly endless list of Democrats lining up to take the nomination. JP and I touch on Kamala Harris, Beto O’Rourke, Mitch Landrieu, John Hickenlooper, Julian Castro, Kirsten Gillibrand, and Joe Biden.
