The American boogeyman of terrorist threats, often used to further war and military intervention, comes with domestic consequences. In the United States, Muslim houses of worship have been inundated with threats of bodily harm and property destruction, as well as seen items like pig’s heads and desecrated Qurans left on their doorsteps.

A former British ambassador to Saudi Arabia is the latest high profile figure to raise concerns about Saudi funding of terrorism in the UK. Sir William Patey, who was the British ambassador in Riyadh for four years between 2006 and 2010, said Saudi funding helps create “fodder for terrorism”.

BREAKING: Terrorists kill 5 policemen in Egypt

Five Egyptian policemen are dead after three terrorists on a motorbike opened fire on their car.
The attack took place in al-Badrasheen, part of Giza Province, home of the Great Pyramids, located 30 kilometres south of Cairo.
According to a statement from the Egyptian Interior Ministry,

“A police officer who was near the site of the attack exchanged fire with the assailants forcing them to flee”.

TULSA, Okla. —  A military veteran accused of detonating a pipe bomb outside a Tulsa-area Air Force recruiting office blames the federal government for his two years of unemployment, according to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday.
