by NoahSo... Trump, his capos like Betsy DeVos, and the rest of his Republican Party, just had to ram through their Tax Scam to enrich themselves and their biggest donors. But, obviously that wasn't the only reason.

Along with a poll released yesterday, Gallup noted that 35% of Americans "name the government, poor leadership or politicians as the greatest problem facing the U.S. This is the highest percentage Gallup has recorded for this concern... 11% specifically citing Trump as the most important problem (5% name the Democrats or liberals and 1% Congress).

Maybe you like Pelosi and her leadership team or maybe you hate them. Or maybe you like it when they do something decent and hate them when they do something awful. Yesterday Pelosi sent out a statement condemning Ilhan Omar for trying to break the iron grip of the Likud (and its tail, AIPAC) over U.S. Middle East policy.

A brand new Harvard CAPS/Harris poll indicates that just 22% of voters say they will "definitely" vote for Trump in 2020. Another 11% say that will "probably" vote for him.

by NoahTonight's meme has been around for awhile but I thought that, in light of Congress recently coming back into session and vowing to help our adversaries Russia and China by pushing Tax Scam 2018-Part 2 thus sending our increasing national debt into unchartered waters, and Paul Ryan's vows to cut Social Security and Medicare, using the Trump/Ryan Tax Scams as an excuse... well, it's as timely as ever.

Yesterday, Rachel Feintzeig reported for the Wall Street Journal that the Republican tax scam has specifically helped executives afford even fancier airplanes. "The recent changes to the tax code," she wrote, "are giving business executives a new perk: the opportunity to deduct the entirety of a corporate-jet purchase. A 100% tax write off was one of the GOP changes to the tax code. Maybe something will trickle down.

That Fox News poll that came out yesterday had some interesting findings beyond just Trump's skyrocketing disapproval ratings (53%).
