I can only imagine how low the turnout has been so far. It's the runoff between progressive former teacher Jackie Goldberg and the slick downtown establishment candidate, Heather Repenning.

Exactly a week ago, there was an election in Los Angeles to replace a crooked School Board member, Ref Rodriguez, a charter school shill who was forced to resign after a many-faceted financial scandal.
