Trump lifted those plagiarized passages from Michelle Obama's speech and put them into Melania's address and ate up two-and-a-half days of headlines that might have gone to republican messaging.

For well over a decade, we've be warning that Paul Ryan is Washington's most dangerous phony and we've watched with horror as a credulous and naive Beltway media has puffed him up based almost exclusively by judging his book by it's cover. No fangs? He must be cuddly.

Yesterday, far right New Hamphire ex-Senator Gordon Humphrey walked out of the convention when the roll call gave Trump the 1,237 votes he needed for the nomination, left the convention and said he is re-registering as an Independent. John Kasich, on the other hand, said he could still endorse Trump-- if he changed his posture on virtually everything, but especially Hispanics, trade, the national debut and Muslims.
