Recording the Police

Last Week, July 3, 2017, in Arlington, Texas Latasha Nelson documented an interaction between herself and Arlington Police Officer Chad Haning. According to local media and the Next Generation Action Network this incident escalated from an unfounded accusation of auto burglary.  Officers claimed that the teen “fit the description” and the mother pleaded with the officer to let her son go because he was not who they were looking for.

In flagrant disregard, for Law, Logic, Reason or humanity Portland police have now Tortured him for what appeared to be the spite and enjoyment of the supervising Police Sergeant on the Scene. A video shared by the Facebook account of Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta on June 23rd, 2017, shows a person in an Atlanta Police Department uniform punching a restrained man in the face and upper torso while he sits one top of him.All the while one of his co-workers hold the victim’s feet and another has his knee pressing down on the lower back with all his weight, also there is the fourth police officer that is simply standing there watching everything happen right at his feet.

On a sunny Saturday afternoon in Lansing Illinois, an unidentified off-duty Lansing Policer Officer is caught on video holding a teenager on the ground while his hand is wrapped around the teen’s neck.

Investigator Files Complaint Against Greene County Sheriff’s Department (Raw Footage)

Raw footage of my attorney Stephen Wyse and myself delivering a complaint to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department in Springfield, MO. The complaint was to notify the department they were violating the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act by broadcasting social security numbers over a public dispatch channel.

First Amendment Under Attack in Federal Court

Philando Castile’s crime was being born a black man in an age where bigotry and racism should be a thing of the past and yet it oozes and seeps out from the cracks and the holes in the façade, that is used to disguise it under the guise of Law and Order.

Just a few days after Independence Day on July 6th, 2016 Philando, Diamond Reynolds, and their little girl were returning home from shopping when they encountered Officer Jeronimo Yanez , the person that would end Philando’s life and forever changed Diamond and his little girl’s lives in just 62 seconds.

Homestead Police Department (HPD), in South Florida, has myriad problems respecting the First Amendment. I went to HPD this week to serve some officers in a civil rights suit, the story was covered earlier. While entering I discovered that HPD still has not learned that photography is not a crime.
