Carlee Russell was charged with two misdemeanors: false reporting to law enforcement authorities and falsely reporting an incident. She was found guilty of the abduction hoax and a judge recommended a year in jail and an $18,000 fine.

Albion College initially said the graffiti was racist and rooted in the school's history of "racial pain and trauma." Before the hoax was revealed, nearly 200 students gathered in protest to stand against the hate graffiti.

Detectives found video indicating Bernstein was not in Madison, as she claimed, at the time of the incident. Traffic videos show Bernstein’s vehicle stopped only once and that no one was around the car. The footage also shows that her window was closed. It wasn't until hours later that she sought medical treatment.

The Breonna Taylor case was built on lies, but the truth is that the police knocked and announced themselves, so it was not a no-knock warrant. Breonna's boyfriend shot first, police returned gunfire and there was cause for the warrant. The BLM narrative is false every time.
