The members of Antifa involved in the fight backed out, and the the state became the accuser.  McInnes says the media and the political establishment of New York used the brawl between the two groups paint Trump supporters as violent hate gangs. The judge equated the fight to the rise of Nazis in Europe.

David Campbell, a 32-year old member of Antifa, plead 'guilty' to two counts of felony assault for punching and choking a 56-year old man who he followed out of the Night-for-Freedom party in Manhattan on January 20, 2018.
