Judge Gloria Navarro declared a mistrial (instead of dismissing charges) in the Bundy Ranch case saying US prosecutors willfully withheld critical evidence from the defense. Prosecutors maintained the FBI was not involved in the standoff and that no video surveillance or sniper teams were used. They charged defendants with making false claims about snipers and videos in order to incite militia groups to their defense. All of Bundy's claims were true, and the government was lying. Judge Navarro will decide if all charges will be dismissed at a hearing on Jan. 8.

In fact, humanity has never had a better tool for keeping up with private property claims under complex, globalized, digital economic structures.
Congestion naturally checks immigration. Word gets back to the immigrants’ home country that there are no more rooms available in that town and no more jobs at the farms. The flow of immigrants will naturally stop.
90% of the globe’s fisheries are either fully fished or overexploited. Command-and-control regulations are essentially useless for protecting sensitive species, but this simple market-based strategy is reducing the negative environmental effects of overfishing.
