The Zionist project; Greater Israel in the Middle East, was established on “uprooting, expulsion and occupation” colonial ideology. This means forceful uprooting, expulsion and transfer of indigenous Palestinians into other Arab states, and importing Jews from all over the world to occupy the country.

 
 

A path toward Hamas-Fatah reconciliation: Grant Palestinian refugees the right to work in Lebanon

if Hamas and Fatah were to put aside their political differences, even just long enough to help their fellow refugees in Lebanon achieve dignity and elementary civil rights this mutual reconciliation effort would likely soon lead to wider Hamas-Fatah unity and intensify solidarity among the Palestinian refugee community and accelerate return to their homeland, Palestine.

 
 

The Forgotten Palestinians

There is a tragic irony in the flight from Syria where Palestinian refugees, unlike those in Lebanon, could hold passports, own property and get jobs. Lebanon’s inhumane denial of civil, social and political rights has sentenced generations of Palestinian refugees to unbearable lifetimes of social isolation, poverty and mental torture.
